Interior Design Video Production in Chicago

A thoughtfully designed interior has a story behind it. Materials, patterns, furnishings, and the relationships between them reflect decisions about how a space should look and feel. Capturing that story begins with understanding those decisions.

At Klicc MultiMedia, our work includes interior-focused video production, real estate photography, property walkthroughs, and social media assets in Chicago. One project that illustrates our approach is the Pardo 50 design video created in collaboration with PROjECT Interiors.

For that production, we began by learning the backstory of the design. That conversation shaped how we presented the space, from its overall appearance to its smallest details.

Understanding the design before filming

During coverage of the Pardo 50, we worked directly with the owner of PROjECT Interiors, who was present on site. We discussed the intention behind the design elements and what someone should feel while spending time in the space.

That understanding gave the production a direction. We could consider which details deserved attention and how they contributed to the interior as a whole.

For an interior designer, those decisions are central to the work. A finished space can contain months of thought that may not be immediately apparent to someone viewing it for the first time. Video provides an opportunity to draw attention to those choices and help an audience experience how they fit together.

Our role was to translate the design intent into a visual sequence that felt true to the space.

Bringing texture and material detail into video

Texture was a central focus of the Pardo 50 project. We wanted viewers to feel almost as though the materials were coming through the screen.

The interior contained a diverse combination of textures and patterns. We focused on those individual elements and the way they interacted throughout the space, taking a detail-oriented perspective on the design.

Close views gave the smaller features attention. Wider views provided context, showing how those features belonged within the boat’s overall interior. The finished video sought a smooth balance between the visual impression of the yacht and the textures and details that shaped it.

That balance matters when presenting interior design. A viewer needs enough context to understand the space and enough detail to appreciate the decisions within it.

Interior walkthroughs and real estate photography in Chicago

Alongside the PROjECT Interiors collaboration, we have worked independently with numerous Chicago real estate agents. Those projects have included interior walkthroughs, photography, property highlights, and overall highlight videos.

Much of this work has presented spaces without narration. In those pieces, the visuals carry the experience: the sequence needs to help viewers follow the interior and understand what makes it distinctive.

A property walkthrough and a design highlight serve different purposes. A walkthrough can introduce the arrangement of rooms and the relationship between them. A design highlight can concentrate on selected details and the atmosphere they create. Photography gives viewers individual images they can examine at their own pace.

Our experience across those formats informs how we approach each assignment. The goal of the project determines what needs to be shown and how much attention each part of the space receives.

Social media assets and coverage in distinctive Chicago spaces

Our Chicago work also includes media produced for Post Chicago on multiple occasions, creating social media assets.

We have filmed collaborative events involving Post Chicago, St. Regis, and Trump Tower, and all three used our media. Those productions added another dimension to our experience: documenting spaces while people were actively using them.

Event coverage brings people, activity, and surroundings into the same story. An interior-focused production gives more attention to the space and its details. Experience with both helps us consider how an environment should be presented for a particular audience and purpose.

For a business planning media around a space, those purposes may vary across projects. A finished interior, a social media highlight, and an event each call for different coverage.

Documentary storytelling about buildings and people

Our experience with the built environment also includes a five-part series for St. Louis REALTORS as part of Simpler Safer Missouri, focused on construction and building codes.

The series consisted of five long-format, documentary-style videos built around real examples and personal stories shared by five separate individuals. One participant shared their experience of being involved in a graduation ceremony during the Joplin tornado.

This was a storyline-focused production. The individuals’ experiences gave a human perspective to a subject involving buildings and the standards behind them.

The series demonstrates another part of our approach: learning the story behind a subject before deciding how to present it. That same attention to context informed our conversations with PROjECT Interiors about the intentions behind the Pardo 50’s design.

Working with a media partner to capture your space

For interior designers, real estate professionals, and businesses in Chicago, useful media starts with a clear understanding of what the space should communicate.

On the Pardo 50 project, that meant learning the design backstory directly from the owner of PROjECT Interiors and making textures and small details central to the finished video. In our real estate work, it has meant producing walkthroughs, photographs, and highlights that introduce properties visually.

Klicc MultiMedia brings that experience to interior video production and photography, with an emphasis on understanding the project and presenting its details with care.
